tatabet operates in supported Indonesian regions where local law permits. We maintain compliance with payment provider standards through DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS. Our legal framework covers account ownership, fund protection and dispute resolution for all players in these regions.

Your funds are held in segregated accounts separate from our operational money. Even if tatabet faces business changes, your deposits remain in protected custody and are returned to your payment method of record.

File a dispute through your account dashboard with transaction details and supporting evidence. We investigate within 14 days and send a written decision. You have 7 days to appeal if you disagree with our finding.

We can restrict accounts if we detect fraud or terms violations, but you receive written notification within 24 hours. You have the right to appeal and request your remaining funds returned within 5 business days.

Log into your account and visit the History section. You can download a full audit trail of all deposits, withdrawals and account activity dating back to account creation, with timestamps and payment method details.

Our payment partners (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) maintain their own dispute processes. If a transaction fails, we provide evidence of our attempted processing to your payment provider for their investigation and reversal.

Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Remaining funds are returned to your original payment source within 5 business days. All personal data is deleted 30 days after closure unless we're required to retain it by law.
